Annie Miller was a co-founder in 984, of what is now the Citizen’s Basic Income Trust, and has been its Chair sence 2001. She was also a co-founder  of the Basic Income Earth Network in 1986. A retired academic economist, she is the author of A basic Income Handbook (2017), and A Basic Income Pocketbook (2019, forthcoming), Edinburgh: Luath Press. Her home is in Edinburgh, Scotland.
